The bed was very comfortabe and we slept great.
The complimentary breakfast was very disorganized.

We only stayed overnight, but it was very comfortable and so convenient to travel around the city with the transportation that was offered to the train station.

Shuttle to airport was convenient.
Two things, not close to downtown as promoted and next to railroad tracks.

The hotel is aging and showing its wear. The neighborhood it is in is also aging and showing its wear. The staff was mostly friendly with one exception. There is a shuttle every half hour to the local MTBA station, JFK/U Mass. There is an hourly shuttle to the airport. ...read more
